The Numark NDX500 DJ controller and Media Player is nowDEX 3 and DEX 3 RE DJ software supported (Download the MAP below).

The Numark NDX500 can now be used to control the features available in DEX 3 and DEX 3 RE. All features are supported, including the LCD display. Use two NDX500 unites in tandem to control each independent deck in DEX 3 or DEX 3 RE.

The NDX500’s modular design and comparatively compact size makes the unit(s) a great option for mobile DJs who play music from various source. Control the on-screen features of DEX 3 or play from a USB drive or pop in a CD (DJs still have these??).

Our impression is the NDX500 is a well built (metal chassis) DJ controller. It’s heavier than it looks and should be able to withstand the rigors of the road. At only $247 on most DJ equipment retailer websites it also provides great value for jocks that don’t just mix from their DJ computer.
